I spent the loveliest evening in Lockeport, NS photographing the Cosgrove family. I always love a trip to the South Shore, but had never been to Lockeport before, and I am so glad they invited me! All threats of hurricanes passed to give us big waves and dramatic skies, but it was hard to notice any of that, with this little cutie running around!
It hardly seems possible that it was already a year ago that I photographed Adele and Wyatt on their wedding day. But it was a lovely surprise to hear from Wyatt that he wanted to celebrate their one year anniversary with some new photos – and not only that, he was going to surprise Adele with them. And not only that, but he had decided they should do photos for all their big anniversaries, as they celebrate a lifetime of love together. After eight years of photographing people’s wedding, that might be the most romantic thing I’ve heard yet! Happy Anniversary, you two – I’m sure it will be the first of many, many happy years together.
Julie and Billie got a gorgeous late Fall evening to celebrate their wedding at Windgate Farm, in Bridgetown, NS. And what a beautiful celebration it was. These two were so much fun to spend time with – full of laughs, happy to tramp through the fields, and totally gorgeous to boot. Not to mention so obviously, completely, in love. It was my absolute pleasure, and honour, to photograph it all!
Everything came together perfectly for this photo shoot with the Ramsey family at Oak Island Resort. We caught a warm and sunny Autumn day, right at that magical golden hour that us photographers go a little crazy for. Add in a gorgeous family, with three generations coming together and enjoying each other’s company (including one adorable toddler), and I couldn’t have enjoyed myself more. One of the best parts about my job is getting to know families as they grow and expand. I was fortunate enough to photograph these guys back when they were just two (and a belly!) and then baby Llewyn when he was brand new to this world (click here to see the Maternity Photos and Newborn Photos), so it was an absolute delight to get together with them again, to meet Junia, and catch up with their now-doubled family! It was a perfect day for photography at the Wolfville Waterfront Park, and it was SO much fun to spend time with them again. Thank you so much for having me, you guys – enjoy your Sneak Peek!
