There is a moment, when you first meet your child, and you can hardly believe they’re here, and you realize you have no idea what you’re doing. There is a moment when you first hold your newborn baby in your arms, and it hits you: Everything is Different Now. How can someone so little make such a splash? And it doesn’t change – the long nights, the constant needs, sometimes it’s hard to find a moment to yourself (shower, anyone?) But it’s important to stop every once in a while, take a breath, and remind yourself: This is What Love Looks Like.
