Erica & Kyle – Annapolis Wedding Photography

Erica and Kyle could not have chosen a better day for their outdoor ceremony in Annapolis Royal’s Historic Gardens.  It was one of those perfect days – a day of sunshine, light filtering through trees, and the slightest, sweetest breeze.  Then it was off to the Fort with it’s ancient trees and man-made dramatic hills for our beautiful photo session.  I think they might’ve been a little shy at first, but it didn’t take them long to forget all about me, and just let their love shine through.  And that, oh that, is always when I am reminded that I have the best job on the planet.  We had a nice long portrait session, then it was off the Annapolis Basin Conference Centre for another treat.  Delicious food, happy company, beautiful decor, and gorgeous people – what more could a happy photographer ask for?  Well, maybe a sunset.  And a kiss.:)

Such beautiful pictures and a very lovely couple … what a great day they had … you’ve captured it all!

Chelsea & Cody’s Engagement Session – South Shore Wedding Photography

Chelsea and Cody invited me out to their family cottage for their engagement photo shoot, and introduced me to a part of the province I hadn’t seen yet.  And what a beautiful part it is!  As you can see, in true Nova Scotia fashion, we had rain, and sun, and more rain, and more sun.  I couldn’t think of a more perfect spot to photograph these two, and look how cute they are!  I’m so looking forward to the Big Day!

Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens Engagement Photos – Krystle-Rae & Trevor

I met Trevor and Krystle-Rae on a beautiful sunny night at the Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens for their engagement photos.  I am always happy to do photos at the gardens, in such a beautiful setting, and so close to my home turf!  We had a lot of fun, noodling around, walking the grounds, and pausing for the occasional photo.  These two were so easy-going, and so clearly in love.  I can’t wait for the wedding!

Samantha & Brian – Annapolis Valley Wedding Photography

Samantha and Brian had one of the funnest engagement sessions ever (remember those two giant puppies?) so I knew their wedding was going to be one special day, and I was right!  It was a day full of loving embraces, smiling through tears, and sweet kisses – all celebrated against the backdrop of the beautiful Ken Wo golf course and one of the Annapolis Valley’s famous apple orchards.  Plus, they’re just two gorgeous people.  From the start of the day at the salon to the end of the day, under the moonlight on the golf course, I was one happy wedding photographer!  Enjoy the Sneak Peek…

South Shore Engagement Photography- Elaine and Steve

And here’s a little sneak peek of some engagement photos I did recently for Elaine and Steve (and their gorgeous dog, Earl).  They took me out to Indian Garden Farms in Hebbville, NS, and as you can see it was a wonderful spot to take some engagement photos (and a beautiful spot to get engaged, too – nice work, Steve!)  It’s pretty easy to see why I am super excited for their wedding on July 26, 2014!
