The other morning Griffin was asking to do a photo shoot, so I threw a white blanket over the back of Holly’s crib, and we sat around and took some photos. I couldn’t resist sharing a couple of them here. It just goes to show that you don’t need a fancy set-up, or even a tidy room. All you need are some darn cute kids! It was my pleasure to once again get a chance to get the Reid family in front of my camera. I first photographed Morgan when she was happy and cozy inside her Mommy’s belly, and then again when she was just days old. Her and Ella are such a joy – I had a smile on my face the whole day. There were such a lot of nice photos from this session, but I thought I would share this little series of photos we took as they played on the family dock. My, how quickly they grow!

I can’t tell you what a joy it was to take photos of Carolyn and River as they prepare to welcome their new little one into the World. These two have been through so much together, and it has only strengthened their love and commitment for each other and their family. We did a little tour of their property in beautiful Black Rock, Nova Scotia, and then Carolyn and I headed off to the beach, where she fearlessly stripped down to the buff and lounged around like a maternity goddess on those big black rocks. Truly, Carolyn, you are beautiful and fearless, and I can’t wait to meet the little soul you are about to bring into the World. Here’s some of my favourites:

Whew! I’ve finally got a preliminary version of the Lifestyle/Family Gallery on-line. I’ve also redone the Wedding Gallery, as Jai (my loving husband) pointed out that nobody was going to sit through 150+ photos, flashing past their faces. Hopefully it’s a little more user-friendly now – I cut way back on the images, and divided the remaining ones into three galleries.
